The plaster should be applied to the affected area once or twice daily, depending on the severity of the pain. The plaster should be left in place for 12-24 hours and then replaced with a new plaster.

Before applying the plaster, clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective film from the plaster and apply it to the skin. Rub the plaster gently to ensure good adhesion. Wash your hands after handling the plaster.
Xia Ma Wei Eliminating Wind-Damp & Relieving Pain Plaster should not be used in people who are allergic to its ingredients. It should not be applied to broken or irritated skin, or to areas near the eyes or mucous membranes.
